Testimonials:

"Among other things, the UU Church is clean and easy to use, and the staff are welcoming and pleasant to work with.  Our participatory arts nonprofit has used the UU Church for a broad range of programs over the years, including contra dances, waltz workshops, Scandinavian dancing, concerts, jam sessions for teens, music workshops, and even school arts residencies when a local elementary school was displaced from their building. Each time, we've found the church community welcoming and accommodating. Their rates are very fair, and it's a joy to collaborate with them."

"UUCB’s sanctuary wraps acoustic music in a warm, natural reverb that lets voices and strings bloom without heavy amplification.

The space is beautiful, tasteful and spacious with a smooth floor that's great for dancing.  I love making music there!"

"Working and performing in the Belfast UU sanctuary has been a joy each time. The staff has been so supportive, the space warm and welcoming, the sound full and rich, and the location easy to find. It's truly a gem!"

"The Penobscot Bay Orchestra always enjoys playing at the UU Church in Belfast. The natural light is wonderful and the room is spacious. The steps by the altar create natural "risers" -- they increase visibility and projection and work well for performing. The sound in the space is bright and clear with no echo. The staff is accommodating, accessible, and helpful. The audience has been both overflowing and enthusiastic, and we feel deep gratitude for being able to use this beautiful space."
